For four years, you’ve partnered with us to build new, racially equitable and inclusive systems and workplaces, using data-informed, market-responsive solutions that place the experiences and assets of Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and Asian workers and business owners in the center.

Join us on June 21 from 7:30-11:00 a.m. at the Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis as we release our second report on the state of the region’s inclusive economic growth and first-ever report on Racially Inclusive Employer Actions in Minneapolis-St. Paul.

• 7:30-8:15 a.m.

  • Exclusive breakfast meeting for participating 2022 Racial Equity Dividends Index organizations, like yours.

• 8:30-11:00 a.m.

  • We will demonstrate the 2022 Indicators for an Inclusive Regional Economy and a new digital lab featuring indicators disaggregated by race, ethnicity, geography, and more.

  • We will also share the results of the Racial Equity Dividends Index, an employer survey on performance against the leading standards to build an anti-racist workplace.

  • You will have an opportunity to share what’s working for you and your organization, and what you need to scale the solutions that will help us build an economy that works for everyone, together.
