Kit Brady is the Vice President of People Strategy at Gillette Children’s, a global beacon of care for patients with brain, bone and movement conditions.
Over her 20 year tenure at Gillette, Kit has led talent acquisition, human resources, and education and development efforts, defining the strategy for managing talent with a commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Kit holds an M.F.A. in Theater from the University of Minnesota, and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Concordia University, St. Paul. She also is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, dedicated to developing an adaptive and resilient workplace culture.
